Campaign Period: 1 August 2026 – 21 September 2026

 

How to Participate

  1. This lucky draw campaign is open to all customers who make a valid purchase from Dodo Gifts between 1 August 2026 and 21 September 2026 (inclusive).
  2. To qualify for the lucky draw, participants must:
    • Follow Dodo Gifts’ official Instagram account @dodogifts.co
    • Like and Share the designated Mid-Autumn Campaign post on Instagram.

 

Lucky Draw Entries

Every RM60 spent on eligible purchases earns one (1) Lucky Draw Entry.

  • RM60 = 1 Entry
  • RM120 = 2 Entries
  • RM180 = 3 Entries
  • RM240 = 4 Entries

Entries are calculated based on the final nett purchase amount after discounts, vouchers, refunds, cancellations and returns.

Winner Selection

  1. Winners will be selected through a random draw and announced on 25 September 2026 via Dodo Gifts’ official Instagram account. Winners’ names and order numbers may be published for verification purposes.
  2. Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp, phone call, or email using the contact details provided during purchase.

  3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours after the first contact attempt, Dodo Gifts reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

General Terms

  1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
  2. Dodo Gifts reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Dodo Gifts reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
  4. By participating in this lucky draw, participants consent to Dodo Gifts using their name, order number, Instagram username, and/or other relevant details for winner announcements and promotional purposes.
  5. Dodo Gifts reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  6. The organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this lucky draw is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Free Shipping

  • West Malaysia: RM180 and above
  • East Malaysia: RM300 and above

Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia: RM10
  • East Malaysia: RM20

International Shipping

  • For international shipping enquiries (e.g. Singapore, Australia, and other destinations), please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance and a shipping quotation.

• Only the listed items in the gift set are included. Decorative props and styling accessories shown in the product photos are not included unless stated otherwise.

• In the event that an item is out of stock, it may be replaced with another item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the gift set.

• The product packaging may contain slight and barely noticeable imperfections, such as minor marks, scratches, or adhesive traces. These do not affect the overall appearance, quality, or functionality of the product.

• We reserve the right to decline any personalized message submitted for the greeting card or engraved tag if it contains offensive, inappropriate, controversial, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable at our sole discretion. In such cases, we may leave the greeting card or tag blank, omit the personalization, or cancel the order without prior notice.
