By purchasing from us through our website (www.dodogifts.co), WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, RedNote, or other official platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


1. Orders

1.1 Order Placement

Orders may be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or authorised social media platforms.

1.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details submitted are accurate and complete, including but not limited to:

  • Recipient name
  • Delivery address
  • Contact number
  • Product selection
  • Gift message (if applicable)
  • Name/Logo engraving on tag (if applicable)
  • Delivery information

Please double-check all order details before confirming payment.

We shall not be liable for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by customers.

1.3 Order Confirmation

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and are subject to product availability.

Full payment must be made to confirm an order.

Once payment has been successfully received, an order confirmation and/or invoice reference may be issued via WhatsApp, email, or our ordering platform.

1.4 Order Changes & Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, combined, or refunded, except under circumstances stated in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

We reserve the right to decline requests for order amendments if an order has already entered processing.

1.5 Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct towards our staff
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions

2. Product Availability & Product Information

2.1 Stock Availability

All products displayed on our website and social media platforms are available while stocks last.

2.2 Ready Stock & Pre-Order Items

Some products may be labelled as pre-order items, which require additional processing time.

For orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items, shipment will only be arranged once all items are available, unless separate shipping is requested with additional postage fees.

2.3 Product Representation

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, actual items may vary slightly due to:

  • Photography lighting
  • Screen display settings
  • Device display differences
  • Supplier packaging changes
  • Handmade or customised finishing

Please allow for slight differences in:

  • Colour tones
  • Ribbon arrangements
  • Wrapping styles
  • Decorative accessories
  • Packaging presentation

These minor variations shall not be considered defects.

2.4 Minor Imperfections

Minor imperfections that do not materially affect the appearance, functionality, or intended use of the product shall not be considered defects.


3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments securely through Billplz, including:

  • Online Banking
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • E-Wallets

Orders will only be processed upon successful payment verification.

3.3 Pricing Errors

In the event of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund where payment has already been made.

3.4 Promotions & Discounts

No refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be given if purchased items are later included in promotional campaigns, discounted, or offered at a lower price.


4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

For international shipping enquiries, kindly contact us via WhatsApp.

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 10 business days after payment verification.

Certain pre-order items may require up to 25 business days or longer, depending on supplier availability and shipping timelines.

Our mailing days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

4.3 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Courier performance
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance
  • Unexpected operational disruptions

4.4 Courier Responsibility

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier service provider and tracking information has been issued, responsibility for shipment lies with the third-party courier provider.

Although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in lost parcel cases, delays, damages, or parcel loss caused by courier services are beyond our direct control.

4.5 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

We shall not be liable for failed deliveries, delays, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by customers.


5. Bounced Parcel / Failed Delivery

5.1 Returned Parcel

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcel
  • Recipient unavailability

We will contact the customer via WhatsApp or email.

5.2 Re-Delivery Charges

Any re-delivery cost shall be borne by the customer.

5.3 Combined Shipping Restriction

We reserve the right to decline requests to combine a bounced parcel with a new order.

5.4 Unclaimed Parcels

Parcels left unclaimed for more than 60 days (2 months) shall be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or deemed the property of DODO GIFTS without refund or compensation.


6. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Purchased item is out of stock
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect and replacement is unavailable
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by us

Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days.

Refunds shall be made through the original payment method where applicable.

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within five (5) days upon receiving your order.

Please provide:
(i) Buyer’s full name
(ii) Contact details
(iii) Order number / invoice number
(iv) Clear photos or videos of the issue
(v) Brief explanation

Please allow up to 48 hours for review and response.

Claims submitted after the stated period may not be accepted.

6.3 Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the item:

  • Is defective or incorrect
  • Is unused and unopened
  • Remains in original condition and packaging

Returned items that fail to meet these requirements may be rejected.

6.3A Return Approval Requirement

Customers must contact us and obtain prior approval before returning any parcel or item. Return instructions will only be provided upon approval by our team.

Any parcel returned without prior notification and written approval from us shall not be accepted, and we reserve the right to reject, refuse, dispose of, or decline responsibility for such unauthorised returns. In such cases, no refund, exchange, replacement, or compensation will be provided.

We strongly advise customers to contact us via WhatsApp or email before arranging any return shipment.

6.4 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Pre-order items
  • Personalised or customised products
  • Opened or used items
  • Improperly handled or damaged products caused by customer misuse

6.5 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by customers unless the issue resulted from our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Customers are responsible for returned parcels until they safely reach us and are advised to retain proof of postage.


7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding customer information.

Personal information collected, including names, contact numbers, and delivery addresses, will only be used for:

  • Order processing
  • Delivery arrangements

We do not sell or disclose customer information to unauthorised third parties, except where necessary for payment processing or logistics purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Courier issues
  • Service interruptions

Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the affected product.


11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or inability to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
