We are committed to ensuring your gifts arrive safely, beautifully packed, and on time. Please read the following Shipping & Delivery policy carefully before placing your order.


🌏 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within:

  • West Malaysia
  • East Malaysia

For international delivery enquiries (e.g. Singapore, Australia, etc.), kindly contact us via WhatsApp for assistance and quotation.


Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment verification.

Orders may take longer during peak seasons or festive periods due to high order volume.

Our fulfilment days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.


📦 Shipping Methods & Couriers

We work with trusted courier partners such as:

  • DHL eCommerce
  • GDEX
  • Etc.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.


⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High parcel volume periods
  • Customs clearance (for East Malaysia or international orders)

While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.


🎁 Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for eligible orders:

  • West Malaysia: Orders above RM180
  • East Malaysia: Orders above RM300

For orders below the minimum amount:

  • West Malaysia: RM10 shipping fee
  • East Malaysia: RM20 shipping fee

Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the final amount after discounts or promo codes are applied.

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated during checkout.


📍 Self Pick-Up & Local Delivery (Selected Klang Valley Areas)

Self pick-up is available upon request. Kindly contact us via WhatsApp to arrange your preferred collection date, time, and pick-up location.

We also provide Lalamove / GrabExpress delivery to selected areas within Klang Valley, subject to rider availability and coverage.

Kindly note that delivery charges are based on distance and shall be borne by the customer.

For delivery arrangements, area coverage, or quotation, please contact us via WhatsApp prior to placing your order.


📮 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

You may track your parcel directly through the courier provider’s website.

If you do not receive your tracking details, kindly check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.


⚠️ Important Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete, including:

  • Recipient name
  • Contact number
  • Delivery address

We shall not be liable for:

  • Failed deliveries
  • Delayed shipments
  • Lost parcels

resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery details provided by customers.

Once parcels have been handed over to the courier provider and tracking has been issued, shipment responsibility lies with the courier service provider.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating with the courier should delivery issues arise.


📦 Bounced / Returned Parcels

A parcel may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcel
  • Recipient unavailability

In such cases, we will contact the customer via WhatsApp or email where possible.

Any re-delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to decline requests to combine bounced parcels with new orders.

Parcels left unclaimed for more than sixty (60) days from the date of notification shall be considered abandoned and may be disposed of, forfeited, or otherwise handled at our sole discretion without refund, replacement, compensation, or further notice.

 


🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase with us. If there is an issue with your order, please refer to the following policy.


💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Item is out of stock and unavailable
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect and replacement is unavailable
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by us

Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days and, where applicable, refunded through the original payment method.


📦 Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted if the item:

  • Is defective or incorrect
  • Is unused and unopened
  • Remains in original condition and packaging

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


⚠️ Return Approval Required

Please contact us before returning any parcel or item.

All returns must be reviewed and approved by our team prior to shipment to ensure proper handling and verification.

If a parcel is returned to us without prior approval or instruction, we reserve the right to reject the return and shall not be responsible for any loss, refund, exchange, or compensation arising from unauthorised returns.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Pre-order items
  • Personalised or customised products
  • Opened or used items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by customers

📸 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, kindly notify us within five (5) days of receiving your parcel.

Please provide:

  • Buyer’s full name
  • Contact details
  • Order number / invoice number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Brief explanation of the problem

Please allow up to 48 hours for review and response.

Claims submitted after the stated period may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by customers unless the issue resulted from our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item)
  • Customers are advised to retain proof of postage until the return process is completed
