Terms & Conditions
- The Free Tote Bag Promotion is valid with a minimum purchase of RM350 in a single transaction.
- The qualifying purchase amount is calculated based on the final nett purchase amount after discounts, vouchers, refunds, cancellations, and returns.
- Customers are entitled to one (1) free tote bag for every RM350 spent, up to a maximum of two (2) tote bags per single transaction.
- RM350 – RM699.99: 1 free tote bag
- RM700 & above: 2 free tote bags (maximum)
- Tote bag colours will be assigned at random and are subject to availability.
- This promotion is valid while stocks last.
- The free tote bag is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other products.
- No exchange or replacement of the free tote bag will be allowed once it has been redeemed.
- If a qualifying purchase is refunded, cancelled, or returned, the free tote bag(s) must also be returned in their original condition. Otherwise, the retail value of RM79 per tote bag may be deducted from the refund amount.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other free gift promotion unless otherwise stated.
- Dodo Gifts reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, Dodo Gifts’ decision shall be final and binding.
Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Free Shipping
- West Malaysia: RM180 and above
- East Malaysia: RM300 and above
Shipping Fees
- West Malaysia: RM10
- East Malaysia: RM20

• Only the listed items in the gift set are included. Decorative props and styling accessories shown in the product photos are not included unless stated otherwise.
• In the event that an item is out of stock, it may be replaced with another item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the gift set.
• The product packaging may contain slight and barely noticeable imperfections, such as minor marks, scratches, or adhesive traces. These do not affect the overall appearance, quality, or functionality of the product.
• We reserve the right to decline any personalized message submitted for the greeting card or engraved tag if it contains offensive, inappropriate, controversial, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable at our sole discretion. In such cases, we may leave the greeting card or tag blank, omit the personalization, or cancel the order without prior notice.
